At Skin Retreat Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality care. To best serve all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments missed without notice or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show and are subject to a $50 fee charged to the card on file. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your visit.*
