Skin Retreat Med Spa Cancellation Policy

At Skin Retreat Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality care. To best serve all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments missed or canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will be considered a no-show and are subject to a $100 fee per service charged to the card on file.

Separately, the $100 deposit fee will will be held and applied towards your next appointment.
